Operating from our base near Heathrow Airport we offer a cost-effective installation, servicing and repair of air conditioning (including air sourced heat pumps) for Homes, offices and commercial buildings.
Sorry, but we do NOT work on  any sort of vehicle.

Our fleet covers the whole of London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Middlesex, Hampshire, Kent and Sussex.

Our team hold Category 1 CITB J11  building engineering services qualifications allowing us to legally work on any size refrigeration, air sourced heat pump or Air Conditioning system. These works include leak checking, refrigerant recovery, installation, service and maintenance of Air Conditioning and heat pump equipment. 

We hold full f-gas accreditation with the www.fgasregister.com (license number 200)

Established in 2000 and are members of the following associations;
Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry Board (ACRIB) registration scheme,
Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Institute (ACHPI)
The institute of Refrigeration (IOR).

We have no over-head staff such as a sales team or office support. This allow us to keep our charges amongst the most competitive in the London area. Our 3.5t Vans leave each day fully equipped with all the supplies and the latest tools to install or repair 99% of the Air Conditioning installations we are tasked - right fix, the first time, for the last time!

Services

We normally install, service or repair systems as a subcontractor working for one of the many of the Air Conditioning companies you see advertising in the Yellow pages or on websites. Many new customers find us through recommendations from existing clients, where we can either supply the air conditioner equipment or install existing (new or 2nd hand) that they have purchased directly, such as www.ebay.co.uk

Value added tax (VAT) - Note if we supply and install  a system in a domestic property that is energy A/A rated on the governments ECA scheme we can charge at just 5% VAT.

Charges

Installation Only (where the customer already has purchased a system) start from £485 including VAT.
In September 2012 most domestic customers paid this amount.

Repair service calls inside or within 5 miles of the M25 are £160+VAT (Street Parking/Congestion charges extra). This includes a full system inspection / familiarisation (maximum one hour) and the first 20 minutes of repair work, £60/hr thereafter.
Our vans are fully equipped workshops, with most spare parts on board.

Re-gassing charges are from £45+VAT, see current market rates below.

Prices are correct as of September 2012 and we carry the following gases
R22-R (Reclaimed) - For older systems at the end of their service life - Retail £90.44/Kg + VAT.
R417A - For older systems that used to use R22, but will remain in service for many years to come - Retail £56.82/Kg + VAT..
R407C - For use on new systems and recently installed- Retail £54.40/Kg + VAT.
R410A  - For use on new systems and recently installed- Retail £55.16/Kg + VAT.
R134A / R404A For use on refrigeration systems - Retail £56.32/Kg & £54.39/Kg+ VAT, respectively.

We do not normally make additional charges for out of hours working, however parking/Congestion charge (and out of area, if applicable) will be added to your invoice.        F-Gas

Under the European F Gas Regulation (842/2006) owners of stationary refrigeration and air conditioning equipment containing HFC refrigerants have an obligation to maintain system records.

Records must be kept about each system with more than 3 kg of HFC refrigerant.
This was a legal obligation from 4 July 2007. The records must include the following information:

  1. The quantity and type of F gas refrigerants installed in each system Any quantities of refrigerant added

  2. The quantity of refrigerant recovered during servicing, maintenance and final disposal.

  3. Other relevant information including the identification of the company or technician who performed the servicing or maintenance, as well as the dates and results of leakage checks and leakage detection system checks, name of the Operator.

  4. Relevant information specifically identifying the separate stationary equipment containing 30kg or more of refrigerant.

  5. These records must be made available on request to the competent authority and to the Commission.
